2. Order Cancellation

• Customers may cancel their order within 1 hour of placing it for a full refund.
• After 1 hour, work on the script begins, and cancellations will not be accepted.
• If your script has not been assigned to a writer yet, you may request cancellation by contacting us at info@scriptgpt.online.

3. Refund Policy

Refunds will only be issued under the following circumstances:

• If we fail to deliver the script within the agreed timeframe and do not provide an update or request for an extension.
• If the script does not match the requirements provided in the order form, and revisions cannot resolve the issue.
• If there is a duplicate charge due to a system error, we will process a refund for the extra charge.

Non-Refundable Cases

• Due to the custom nature of our scripts, we do not offer refunds once a script has been delivered.
• Dissatisfaction based on personal preference rather than a failure to meet the provided brief.
• If a customer fails to provide complete information or does not respond to our queries, leading to delays or misinterpretations.

4. Revisions & Adjustments

• If you are not satisfied with the delivered script, you may request up to 2 free revisions within 3 days of delivery.
• Additional revisions beyond this limit may incur extra charges.
